Keytime is growing (again)!!
To support our continued growth we are now looking to recruit a suitably qualified candidate for our Help Desk team based at Keytime HQ in Chadderton, in North Manchester (just by junction 21 of the M60).
As a Helpdesk Advisor you will be a key member of the technical support team and will be responsible for:

The year ahead
It’s been a busy January here at Keytime Towers, with 1000 tax queries resolved, and 57 000 tax returns successfully filed during the month. I thought I’d give you a brief update on what we’ll be up to for the rest of the year.
Development
For the rest of the tax year, the development team will be beavering away at testing and polishing the 2010 release of the Accountants Suite. The biggest change you’ll see is the introduction of Client Manager Plus, which replaces Client Manager, and has been written from the ground up, adding CRM, Time & Fees and Job Tracking functions.

Usability is a lie, and what that means for our support website
As a clued up, savvy individual, I’m sure you’ll be familiar with the hubbub that surrounds any website change, and the focus on usability. There are reams and reams of books, articles, papers and websites that focus on this particular term (17 million results if you google the word) and it sometimes feels that you can’t discuss websites without coming back to this idea.
