With 70 full time staff and a minimum of 20 agency specialists on the payroll at any one time, Interface Contracts’ payroll requirements are not standard.
Effectively the company has two payroll operations – with weekly payments being made to on-site workers and monthly payments to the office based team.

Now that the fiscal year-end cycle is complete, it’s a good time to think about the next year and catch up on any troublesome PAYE areas.
We look at the mandatory filing of online forms and the filing regulations that apply when an employee changes company car. Firms are also being urged to review the use of business mobile phones and the cost of employer loans. This year has seen the introduction of the Upper Accruals Point.
