Payroll Year End 2010

Yes, it’s that time of year again…

Some basic information for you on our plans to facilitate a smooth and stress free payroll year end (PYE) for you for 2010: -

• Shipping date for the year end software is 15/3/2010 – expect to receive your disc over the course of the week and if you have not received it by 19/3/2010, please call Support on 0161 484 3500

• The update pack will contain comprehensive instructions on how to install the update and process your year end – this will be replicated on our Support website (see below)

• We are running extended Support opening hours between 22/3/10 until 9/4/10 – opening hours will be 08:45 to 18:30. You can also log a support request via the Keytime Support website at any time.

• Our support website at support.keytime.co.uk will contain very comprehensive PYE information and help sheets – if you have a query, this should be your first reference point and we are confident it will answer any questions you may have.

The filing deadline is Wednesday 19th May, so the above plans will ensure that you have plenty of time to deal with all aspects of your year end and for filing your year end returns.

As and when newsworthy matters arise in relation to PYE, we will contact you again and ensure you are kept as fully informed as possible.
