January Support opening times

Keytime Support will be operating extended opening hours during January 2010 to assist customers filing tax returns in advance of the 31st January deadline – here are the specific dates and times: -

28 January 2010 – 08:45 to 19:00

29 January 2010 – 08:45 to 19:00

30 January 2010 – 10:00 to 16:00

31 January 2010 – 10:00 to 16:00

In terms of accessing Keytime support, the launch of our new Zendesk facility provides customers with an online method to obtain support, take part in the forums and track the progress of their support tickets.
