Fairly basic support page with blog
I’ll admit it. Our current Keytime website needs a spot of TLC, and the description of our previous support page (http://www.keytime.co.uk/support) above is pretty accurate. I think the blog postings are informative and helpful, but our customers deserve more, so we looked at alternatives. (In fact, we started looking at it back in August – the truly committed can read my thoughts at the time here).
If you have contacted our support teams since late December, your query will have been tracked by our new helpdesk software, from the lovely people at Zendesk. Anyone, whether a Keytime customer or not, can visit http://support.keytime.co.uk, browse the forums for answers, send us a query, and view our latest announcements, as well as finding download links for the latest versions of our software. Once you’ve sent us a query, either on the website, by emailing us at support@keytime.co.uk, or by calling us, you’ll be emailed a link that allows you to choose a password. You can use this password to log in, track the status of your existing queries, and post your own thoughts, tips and tricks to the forums.
I believe that our new offering is a bit more than a fairly basic support page with blog. We want it to be a place for open, honest communication with everyone; customers, prospective customers, well-wishers and friends. We want you to enjoy using it to find answers quickly, and without fuss, and to get involved, sharing the steps that you have found to make Keytime software work better for you.
