Keytime is one of the leading suppliers of tax and accounting software to the accountancy profession and as we expand our client base we have a need for another person to work as part our support department helping customers to use our software, both by phone and on-line.

We would expect you to be already using tax and/or accounting software in your day to day work (if it is Keytime’s so much the better) and be confident dealing with people over the phone. Obviously, we will provide full training, both in the software itself and our internal support systems.

You will be based at our offices in Greater Manchester and the role attracts a competitive salary.
